Welcome to Modern Minuteman!

We are glad to have you and we hope you will feel at home here on this forum. We look forward to the sharing of our experiences and training with each other. Hopefully many will be developing professional relationships with others.

It is the desire of the Founders that this forum be a professional forum for Professionals by Professionals. We encourage your participation for without it this forum will never be a success. So please share with us your knowledge and experience as we will share ours with you.

We only ask for you to be professional and respectful as you post and reply to others. This Country needs people of Integrity and Honor now more than ever and that is the type of men and women we want our members here to portray.

This is a Conservative Pro-Constitutional Republic Board. This means that we believe in the form of government that this country was established with. There is a difference between being for our constitutional government and being for our current administration. Just because we support our government does not necessarily mean we support our current administration. We will not tolerate any posts that are in opposition to this form of government. We will not tolerate any posts that are anti-Constitution, anti-Government, anti-Military or anything derogatory toward Law Enforcement Officers. While we understand that there are some bad cops and some JBTs we will not allow them to be all lumped together with the good ones. There are still fine Patriots serving our citizens in this Country in those fields and many of the members here come from those fields of experience.

With that in mind we ask that you abide by a few simple rules to help keep this forum going smoothly. Violation of these rules or conduct unbecoming of a professional will result in termination of posting privileges on this forum.

1. Posers and Trolls will not be tolerated. So if you come here to cause trouble, you won’t be around long. We do not need people with an argumentative attitude or that thinks they know it all. If you say you have been there and done that, then you better be prepared to prove it.

2. No racist or derogatory comments in general or directed toward other members.

3. No “anti-government” rhetoric. We all have our own opinions about it and this is not the forum for those discussions.

4. No posting of other peoples works. If you need to post a link to someone else’s work or article to help you make a point in your discussion, you may do so. But you must make sure and give credit to the original author. If you want to use a part of their work to help you clarify something it must be summarized in your own words. Do not copy and past parts of others work and or articles. Do not just post a link with out an explanation of why you are posting it in your own words.

5. No excessive cursing is allowed. If you can’t talk in a professional manner without cursing every other word then don’t post here. While we understand that a lot of people do use profanity a lot in their daily speech, we don’t think it presents a professional image. Also it is hard to determine a person’s emotion by reading text, so excessive cursing usually gets interpreted as anger and others will post accordingly. We do not want this, so please be thoughtful of others when you post.

6. And lastly, we are careful who we pick as Moderators. We pick people we believe are honorable and knowledgeable in the subject they are moderating over. Please be respectful of them. They run their forum and what they say goes. No Argument.

There you have it. We don’t believe we are asking anything unreasonable or hard for people to follow. We just want to avoid as many problems as possible and build a professional board community that by the involvement of many will be a benefit to many.

These basic policies cover most things but not all and we reserve the right to apply our desecration where necessary. These may be revised or updated from time to time, so check back often.
